you.

that you will achieve similar results. In particular, we do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific
earnings. All businesses involve unknown risks and should be undertaken only with the knowledge that you could

site, or may make improvements and/or changes in the content and other materials described in this site, at any
time without notice or to the services described therein without notice.
Without limiting the foregoing, Starlake shall not be liable to you or your business for any
direct, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages or lost or implied profits or royalties arising
out of the use of, or inability to use, this site or any products or services provided (including but not
limited to injury, death, loss of data or data being rendered inaccurately or losses sustained by you or third
parties or a failure of the product to operate with any other training programmes or courses, whether for breach
of warranty or any obligation arising therefrom or otherwise whether liability is asserted in contract or tort
(including negligence and strict product liability) and irrespective of whether Starlake have been advised of
the possibility of any such loss or damage.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with any of our products we will provide you with a 100% refund of all monies
paid as long as any such refund request is brought to our attention within 56 days from the date of
purchase.
To request a refund you must email jr@starlakepublishing.co.uk within 30 days of the date of purchase and provide details of the method of payment, the
date purchased, and the name and address of the purchaser.
Your statutory
rights are not affected.
